**The VI Zone will have 5 berths per event for the provincial meet**

Warmup Lane Assignments

Below are warmup lane assignments. Note to Coaches that Swim BC warmup procedures must be followed at all times. Warmup Assignments HERE

Draft Heat Sheets

​

Draft Heat Sheets are available HERE. Note that these are considered draft and there may be changes Sunday morning due to scratches. The meet will not be re seeded. Scratches are due to the clerk of the course by 9:30 a.m.

 

Meet Schedule

 

Check in for Swimmers/Officials/Teachers/Coaches: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

 

Group A Warmup: 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.**

Group B Warmup: 10:05 a.m. to 10:35 a.m. 

Scratches due by 9:30 a.m.

Officials/Timers Meeting: 10:00 a.m.

Coaches Meeting: 10:40 a.m.

Events: 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. *estimated

Swimmer Entry

​

Entry Fees will be $40.00 including the $5.00 Mandatory Saanich Commonwealth Place Facility Improvement Fee

​

Swimmers may participate in up to 4 events including relays and spots as alternates.

​

Entries are to be submitted to the Clerk of the Course by end of day Thursday October 12th. Please email entries to: viswimentries@gmail.com

Psych sheets will be posted here by Sunday October 15th. Schools are asked to review this and advise the Clerk of the Course of any omissions, errors or scratches. Final Heat sheets will be published day of meet.

​

T Shirts

​

2023 VI Zone T shirts will be provided to swimmers as part of meet fees. Schools are asked to place their orders HERE 

by Wednesday September 27th. 

​

Shirts will also be available for parents, coaches and sponsors to purchase for $20.00. Orders can be placed HERE

Change Rooms

​

Saanich Commonwealth Place has both Male/Female and Family Changerooms with private stalls to meet all needs. These are located near the wave pool and accessible from the lower lobby.

​

Accommodations

​

We have had tremendous support from the Greater Victoria Sport Tourism Commission in helping to provide discounted rates at some local Victoria hotels for those out of town families! Please see the link HERE to the Tourism Victoria special site that lists hotels, rates and how to book. Consider making a weekend of it!
