**A short break may be scheduled mid meet to allow for timers and officials shift change. This will be announced

during the meet.

Check in for Swimmers/Officials/Teachers/Coaches: 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Group A Warmup: 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Group B Warmup: 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Group C Warmup: 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

**Dive/Sprint Lanes in Deep Pool lanes 1 & 8 will open with 10 minutes left in each session**
Scratches due by 9:30 a.m.
Officials/Timers Meeting: 10:00 a.m. (Jack Little Room B)
Coaches Meeting: 10:35 a.m. (Jack Little Room B)
Events: 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. *estimated

Entry Fees: $35.00/swimmer

​​

Swimmers may participate in up to 4 events including relays and spots as alternates.

NEW THIS YEAR: We are using a Google Form for meet entries. Please enter all swimmers in this form:

Entries are to be submitted by end of day Thursday October 9th. Please use the link above. If you have any quesions about the process please contact: viswimentries@gmail.com or viswimtech@gmail.com

Entry reports will be emailed to schools for verification Sunday October 12th. Schools are asked to review this and advise the Clerk of the Course of any omissions, errors or scratches. Final Heat sheets will be published day of meet.
