2023 BC School Sports Aquatics Provincial Championship

The 2023 BC School Sports Aquatic Championship is being held in Nanaimo November 17/18th at the Naniamo Aquatic Centre. Meet information can be found on our Provincials Meet Page. Please see the volunteer link and consider signing up to help out!

2023 VI Zone Championship Meet

NEW! Zone Championship meet results are now published on the Meet Results Page. We will be publishing updated Provincials Qualifiers each day by 9 a.m. Check back regularly to see if your swimmers have moved into a qualifying position.

Meet package, entry spreadsheet and T-Shirt Ordering info is now posted on the Zone Meet Page!

NEW!!! We have added a link to The Greater Victoria Sport Tourism Commission's special accommodations page set up for our meet. They have secured some great hotel rates for swimmers and their families. See the Zone Meet Page for details!

Registration in STARS

All teams and swimmers need to be registered in BC High School Sports STARS system in order to participate in the Zone Meet and Provincials. Deadline for registration is October 4th 2023.

2022 Zone Meet Results!

What a fantastic meet! Great to see so many swimmers of all abilities participating and having a great time! Thanks to all the teachers, sponsors, coaches and volunteers who stepped up to help us make this one of the most successful meets in recent memory. Special thanks to our VI Zone Rep Shelly Johnson, Clerk of the Course, Mark Duffell and Meet Managers Laurel Laturnus and Paul Miller for countless hours organizing this event!

Zone Meet results are now posted on our Meet Results Page! We will permanently post full meet results on this page and then will post a provincials advancer list as scratches come in. Coaches and sponsors please poll you swimmers ASAP to determine whether they will be attending provincials (regardless of where they placed) and let Mark know who's scratching so we can update the provincial advancer list and give other kids a chance to participate. Remember, top 5 swimmers and relays from each event qualify for provincials!
